Polyester needle punched felt has good acid resistance but poor alkali resistance. However, in relatively dry conditions, it still has good tolerance to alkaline filtration media such as lime.

If the median diameter of the filter medium is ≥ 325 mesh, its filtration efficiency can reach 99.9 ≈ 99.99%. The outlet emission concentration of the dust collector can be less than 30mg/cubic meter.

Precautions for use:

During storage and transportation, heavy pressure should be prevented, and storage should be done in a dry place. When unpacking, damage should be avoided.

When installing the filter bag, it is necessary to avoid direct contact with iron parts such as lead wires, flange rings, or adjacent filter bags. It is strictly prohibited to step on, press, or fold the bag to prevent holes and cracks in the filter bag, which may affect the dust removal effect.

The temperature of the filter medium should be controlled within the normal temperature range of the filter bag.

Proper selection of support rings and skeleton materials is necessary to extend their lifespan.

The dust collector should be used continuously to avoid stopping and opening. Frequent pauses can easily cause damage to the dust filter bag.
